Handmade variation

Handcrafted and naturally fired materials vary in color, size, texture, edge character, and surface appearance. Website photography and representative samples cannot show every variation within an order.

Customers and their qualified design and construction professionals are responsible for confirming product suitability, quantities, substrates, installation methods, code requirements, sealing, maintenance, and site conditions.

Quotes and orders

A website inquiry does not create an order or obligation. Pricing, freight, payment terms, production schedules, returns, and other commercial terms are established in the applicable written quote or order confirmation.
